WHAT TO EXPECT
How does it work?
Typically, we will chat briefly over the phone to assess whether I am the best person to help you. Once we decide to meet, our initial 50-minute therapy session will be spent getting to know each other, determining our goodness of fit, and discussing the best course of therapeutic action.
What about fees and payment?
The standard fee for a 50-minute-session is $150.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept zelle or debit/credit cards.

A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is a document that will be provided to every client at the beginning of treatment, along with other documents for review and signature. It outlines the expected costs associated with your therapy sessions.
Do you take insurance?
We are considered an "out of network" provider. We are not contracted with any insurance providers. If you have a PPO insurance policy, I am happy to provide you with a receipt of services that you can submit to your insurance company so that you may obtain some form of reimbursement for your sessions.

It is generally advised to call your insurance company prior to the commencement of services in order to verify out-of-network reimbursement and coverage by asking the following:
-
Does my plan include out-of-network, outpatient mental health coverage?
-
Is there a limit to the number of sessions per calendar year?
-
Do I have a deductible and has it been met yet?
-
What percentage do you pay for out-of-network mental health benefits and up to what allowed amount?
