Our therapists have different theoretical orientations that guide them in their treatment. The theories that we find useful when treating clients are based on humanistic and pragmatic approaches, using interventions from different theories to develop a present, goal-oriented, strength-based approach to providing treatment. Some of our therapies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems. Utilizing evidence-based tools and interventions, our therapists will provide treatment based not only on research but on the client’s values, beliefs, and lifestyle.
